You can request deletion of your Wasel account and associated data at any time.
Two ways to delete
- In the app: Account → Security & Privacy → Delete account.
- By email: send a request from your account email to info@wasel.global with the subject "Delete my data" and your Wasel number.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, Wasel number assignment, message metadata, and token/billing records, subject to limited records we must keep by law (for example, certain financial/transaction records).
About your messages and calls
These are end-to-end encrypted. We never had access to their content, so there is no message or call content for us to disclose. Deletion removes your account data.
Timeframe
We action verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
